    Sasi Ganesan comes with more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and hands- on experience in F & B management, business development, partnership management, revenue management, financial planning and concept development amongst others. He is a Restaurant and Hotel Management graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, India and Certified in Foodservice Management from Cornell University, USA. Having begun his career in the Food and Beverages industry with The Taj group of hotels, he subsequently moved to the U.A.E and worked in leading luxury hotels such as Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Burj-Al- Arab, Grosvenor House Dubai, St. Regis Saadiyat Island, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, and award-winning stand- alone restaurants like BOA Steakhouse, KOI and Caramel in TDIC F&B LLC Abu Dhabi and Ushna restaurant in LandMark group Abu Dhabi.

    Ravi Shankar comes with over 20 years of experience in 5* luxury hotels and Michelin star restaurant operations, including high-end nightlife venues and beach operations based in U.A.E. Launching international brands in new cities, concept development, project management, talent acquisition and operational management has become his key expertise. A wine enthusiast, cigar connoisseur and specialist in bar set-up, Ravi also has an extended interest in creating special events and promotions. Creativity being his essence, he brings an array of concepts which are classy an outlandish at times. He comes with a strong relationship with celebrity chef’s and beverage experts from the industry.

Technologically savvy, beverage enthusiasts, understands & respects multi-cultural life style with 18 years experience in Luxury 5 * Hotels of Dubai and successfully achieved various targets in hospitality industry with awards and rewards. Previously worked with Starwood hotels and managed multi cultured ambience with positive financial results in the organization which exceeded the budget and forecast during challenging years in the Middle East. He has hosted various business transactions within the property and local competitors by implementing new strategy which enhanced the market dilution in very positive results. Over all dedicated hospitality professional with strong business ethics to drive goals and expectations from the business partners.
