Sasi Ganesan comes with more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and hands-on experience in F & B management, business development, partnership management, revenue management, financial planning and concept development amongst others.
He is a Restaurant and Hotel Management graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, India and Certified in Foodservice Management from Cornell University, USA.
Having begun his career in the Food and Beverages industry with The Taj group of hotels, he subsequently moved to the U.A.E and worked in leading luxury hotels such as Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Burj-Al- Arab, Grosvenor House Dubai, St. Regis Saadiyat Island, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, and award-winning stand- alone restaurants like BOA Steakhouse, KOI and Caramel in TDIC F&B LLC Abu Dhabi and Ushna restaurant in LandMark group Abu Dhabi.

Started his career as R&D Engineer and handled various prestigious projects in India later on enlarging his vision, currently owning and successfully running a Dubai based contracting firm for more than 15 years in UAE.

His strength is his vision with deep education in research and analytics of all engineering aspects.
Expertise in the field of Fit out & construction in hospitality , Retail showrooms, Schools & banking industry.

Business Development Manager
Nithiya is a hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience in restaurant service operations and aviation.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Institute of Hotel management, India.
She embarked her journey with Taj group of hotels as a management trainee. She had been part of pre-opening team of Taj Gateway, Vijayawada.
Subsequently she moved to UAE and continued to work for renowned brands like Hilton group and Starwood hotels & resorts. She was part of pre-opening team of St.Regis – Saadiyat Island.
She has experience in all restaurant concepts, F &B trainings, preparing standards of service. As much as she enjoys restaurant operations, she loves to travel and explore different culture and cuisine.
She travelled to different countries and indulged in mouth watering delicacies while simultaneously working as Food & Beverage manager for Etihad Airways.
She thrives in attention to detail and never too late attitude.
